Wholemeal flour

ground cinnamon

vanilla extract

raisins

chopped walnuts

apple

ripe bananas
2
oz
plant milk (60 ml)

bking soda

tsp
baking powder

ml
coconut oil

pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Preparation
Chop the walnuts into big chunks
Wash the apple and cut it into even slices of about 1/2" - 3/4" (1-2cm) thickness
Directions
Mash bananas with a fork
Combine mashed bananas with plant milk, vanilla extract and coconut oil and mix it well
Combine wholemeal flour with chopped walnuts, baking powder & soda, pumpkin seeds, raisins, ground cinnamon, and salt
Mix everything together
Put the batter into a baking form
Add apple slices and leave even gaps in between
Bake in a preheated oven at 350° F (180 °C) for about 50 minutes or until golden

Notes
You can also add cranberries and different nuts. Don`t be afraid to be creative with this recipe.
