Bananas are rich in Vitamin B6 and Potassium, while strawberry is rich in Vitamin C and Manganese. They are a nice pair when making vegan ice cream. 

Banana Strawberry Vegan Ice Cream

Easy, vegan, and no added sugar! 
Prep Time 15 minutes
Freezing Time 3 hours
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bananas
  • 18 oz Strawberries

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries
  • Slice bananas and strawberries

Directions

  • Freeze for about 2 hours
  • Mix in blender until smooth
