Champagne sorbet with strawberries and banana
Bananas are rich in potassium and fiber and low in sodium. They are an important component of heart-healthy diets. Strawberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C. They also contain good amounts of manganese, folate (vitamin B9), and potassium. They are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control. Having said that, the recipe for champagne sorbet with strawberries and bananas is actually a love story between a voluptuous strawberry and her hopelessly romantic banana beau.
